1. Acceptance of Terms

Creating duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being permanently banned and any associated balances being voided. bc66 uses SSL encryption and advanced fraud-detection systems to protect your account.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. bc66 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password and enabling any available two-factor authentication features. You must notify bc66 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. bc66 will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

KYC Verification

Before processing withdrawal requests above a specified threshold, or at any time at bc66's discretion, you may be required to submit valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership for any payment methods used. KYC documents may include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in pending withdrawals being held until verification is successfully completed.
